CD & DVD "Replication" for large quantities (300 units +) and
CD & DVD "Duplication" for smaller run sizes.
CD & DVD "Replication" (often referred to as pressing or molding) is the professional choice when it comes to CD & DVD production. If you are serious about your release, and intend to place your products at retail, you can't afford to overlook the durability, reliability and quality that CD & DVD Disc Replication offers.
An alternative for smaller quantity CD & DVD production (5 - 300 units), is CD & DVD "Duplication" (often referred to as burning). Using quality Verbatim recordable disc media, we can reproduce large quantities of CD's & DVD's with speed and accuracy, ususally within 24 hours!

From fully packaged discs that include cases, full colour gloss printed booklets and inserts, right down to bulk raw disc production (should you wish to organise your own inlay printing and packaging).

All our discs, small or large quantity, replicated or duplicated, fully packaged or bulk, include direct to disc printed face artwork in full colour (or black only text if required).
Our thermal printers produce an attractive, professional and durable glossy finish that will last a lifetime. Ask us for a sample, we'll be more than happy to send one out to you.
IMPORTANT!
Note that we do NOT use consumer printing methods such as "inkjet printing".
You should steer well clear of any company offering you "direct inkjet printing" or "laser stick on labels" as a professional solution.
Inkjet printing will simply smudge with moisture and discolour with uv exposure.
NO ARTWORK SET-UP OR STAMPER FEES

Many production houses have additional charges for "artwork
set-up" and/or "stamper fees" etc. We do not charge set-up fees or stamper costs for orders 100 units and over. A small set-up fee will appy to orders under 100 units depending on what is required.
We have no other costs so long as supplied artwork is to our specifications.
